One fear is dealing with your competitors and I don't sweat it, if I need to call them about an inquiry on their employees are doing I will call them to take note. I ask them to straighten things out to prevent anything of accidents or extra work that cost you more money for their mistakes and then they are competitors I will get along with quite well and I will tell them I won't interfere with their clients as the competitor does the same. We can ignore the fear of our competitors taking our business clients or we can face them vice versa.
